Help Using keypad during a call

Hello guys & gals,

While I am on a call, my keypad is not being recognized. The tones sound when I touch a number, but the system doesn't recognize it. Is there a setting somewhere that I might be missing or is this a bug?

I have been using the keypad during phone calls without any issue.

I see. Perhaps I need to visit the store for a little troubleshooting. Everything is new to me and I'm still learning.

i power-cycled the phone and that seemed to solve the problem. I would have loved to pull the battery to feel better but couldnt get the back off, didn't wanna break it.

Just pry up and out a little at the bottom of the phone. All you want to do is seperate the bottom a bit, then run your finger nail along both side and it will come loose.
