using obex opp receiving .pgc files in android 4.1.2

i have a android 4.1.2 version device only .pgc files are not receiving

i am using Samsung galaxy tab, i have a Anoto digital pen the pen pushing .pgc files are not receiving other wise it will receiving i think the problem in obex server .I have no deep knowledge in obex server please help me

I did a bit of searching... I know so little about your digital pen and obex server transfer.
You might try asking to see if anyone else with your tablet might be using the Anoto pen and see if they are experiencing the same problems or have a solution. Her is a link to that area: Samsung Galaxy Tab - Android Forums

if i am using Bluetooth file transfer application(BFT) it is receiving the file.But i want to know how its working do you konw about the obex server please help me
