Using on phone as a proxy onto the internet

Hi there. Sorry if this is, yet again, another noob question.
My daughter has just got a Huawei Ascend P2 (Android 4.1) on one of 3's all-you-can-eat data deals. She can connect to the net via G3 or G4 if available.

My question is this:
Is it possible for her phone to act as a proxy gateway onto the internet so another android phone could connect via her link?

If so, how do you go about doing something like that?

Actually, I think I've answered my own question. I found this:

Seems it's totally possible. Nice.
