Help Using SD card from Rezound for Razr HD

This may be a very simple/dumb question, but I am going to ask it. I currently have a HTC Rezound with a 16GB SD card. Can I move/use this SD card to my new Razr HD? Do I need to reformat it? Will Razr HD recognize the Pics/music/etc on the card?

If it's a microSD card, yes. It will just work. But you'll just have to tell your camera to use the external storage. Same for your music app.

Worked just fine. I did not have to tell any ap where to find the pics/vids/music.
