Using Skype / Wifi Without A Simcard?

[Understated]

Hi,

Quick question, is there anyway to use Skype or run Wifi apps like a browser without a simcard inserted?

Thanks!

Yes they will work, provided the phone is connected to WiFi. A phone without a SIM will still access the internet via WiFi.
