Using too much Data

Hi, Just got this LG Venice and I am new to Android aka Andy and I've already gotten messages that I am at 85% data usage and the carrier is going to slow me down, how can I use so much in 4 days. Can someone help me figure this out, I don't know if I have the patience for Andy.
It says:
keep android awake 5m 18s
cpu 2m 3s
I have to keep it near a charger the battery is getting the life sucked right out of it and I don't know how to fix the situation

If you are new to Android, You probably spent the data on downloading games...

Some Android games are over 1GB.

Most android phones have a built in Usage tracker, If you go into settings.
That usage tracker will tell you what apps used the data.
