Help Using verizon branded LG V10 on t-mobile network

Voila, title says it all, bought a verizon LG V10 for a great price on craigslist assuming that it was fully unlocked like iphones are....it is, the t-mobile works, but I am only occasionally getting LTE coverage. It usually indicates 3G or H. Is the verizon version missing t-mobile bands? Is there anything I can do to improve my t-mobile reception? Thanks in advance.

Looks like its partially 4G LTE compatible with both T-Mobile & AT&T.

I am actually shopping around for a used verizon v10 right now if you're wanting to sell it. Or possibly trade because I found a good deal on a t mobile one here but need verizon.
