Using wifi AND data simultaneously

Is there a way or an app that will let me be connected to my non internet wifi network (for things like wireless adb and winamp remote) while being still connected to my data network?

Isn't wifi "internet" based? If you're connected to a home wifi, you're probably connected to the internet. Although if you aren't, most File Explorers will connect wirelessly to your local network (you can bookmark the connection, File Expert or Astro). And you'll always be connected to data as long as you have it on (and there is service).

I think he's thinking of ad-hoc connection with devices on wifi whilst connected to the internet via data.
