Using your android phone for an external GPS

I have seen a number of solutions for using your phone (mine is an HTC Glacier aka mytouch 4g) as an external source for a gps receiver for your computer/laptop using BT. I was wondering if anyone knows of a tethering solution for this. Thanks in advance.

Or better yet, GPS over WiFi instead of BT.

My problem is the BT signal doesn't like to go through the walls of my RV.
