Help ussd problem after updating sony z3 dual

i am facing problem of ussd .after updating my phone with new version of android sent last week . i updated my phone , after updating my phone doesnot work on ussd system ,for checking balance or when ever you dial eg. *102# for check balance it does not work . i cant even top up my phone ,either check bank balances or recharge other services
please could you give me solution immediately as i am facing this problem for weeek now .
