I have been following the development of this app for months, since its very early alpha stage. Its now one of the most feature packed and most useful apps on my android devices.
Utter is an assistant that can display contacts, or open apps via voice commands, tell the time and do maths calculations, post to twitter of facebook, etc etc.
BUT, now it also has custom phrases and commands! so you can set your own commands to get utter to perform tasks based on the words you want to use.
You can also get Utter to say whatever you like in response to your phrases.
It links in with the app that you have installed, so you can choose the music app you prefer to play music with, or the browser you want to use to search the web with!
