Uverse wifi location problem with Android

I recently installed ATT Uverse cancelling comcast. Both my tablet, and Samsung G III show a location of Kansas when connected to Wifi (my location using weatherbug, etc). I live in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. If I disable Wifi, and use data, the location is correct. What needs to be corrected??

That is a feature, not a bug You get to laugh at the people stuck in Kansas in that snow and cold. I know, I laugh at my brother and sister from here in NC!

To answer your question, go into the settings > Location and see what the settings are. I have all of them checked and my location is correct using Uverse wifi.
