v.1.024.01 update

Hello everyone;
I received a notification about a new update (CAT S41 v.1.024.01). Maybe someone knows is this an update to Android 9? Or someone knows where to check it before installing?

i do not have your phone, but everything on the web says that it is only up to nougat (android 7) so i doubt that the update is for 9.

It appears that others have received this update and said it's Android 9:

They were also frustrated by the lack of information on the update and I wasn't able to find anything from CAT.

I just received an S41 for my wife, and it is freshly rebuilt.
I has done it's OTA update, to Android 8.
Build # S41_1.025.00
It refuses to do anything else (update-wise).
is there anything to be done about this?
