V20 Speakerphone coming on

My V20 has started turning on the speakerphone when ever I make a call over my Bluetooth system instead of over the Bluetooth.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

Go to settings

Select bluetooth

Tap the settings icon next to the device

Than turn on call audio

I have tried that and still have the issue.
