Is there any way to run regular android instead of Sense on the Rezound without rooting?

Sadly, the answer is 'not really'. Sense isn't just a home launcher, but it is deeply integrated into the phone core applications.
But, you can install home launchers. They get rid of the 'sense' feel to a lot of things, but it's still there.
I personally use Go Launcher, but in the past I've really enjoyed ADW.

Yeah, that's what I thought. I'm using Launcher Pro+ and really like the customizations. I've never really had a chance to play with the original android OS and was wondering how smoothly it would run on the Rez without all of the Sense bloat.

If you're willing to root, there are some very AOSP/vanilla Android ROMs out there.
