i've managed to create an almost vanilla like notification bar and icons. the only thing i'm missing is the battery icon but the one i'm currently using isn't that bad. i'm sure some of you have created a better one than me but this is for all the other people that don't have one. if you guys like this then i'll upload the zip file for you to download.
