Root [Verizon] 4.3 on Roms

Are there any ROM that is using 4.3. Right now I am using Jellybean but would love to have some of the functions of 4.3.

What is everyone using?
 
There are a few issues. The first is bluetooth is a little messed up, and -i believe- stop working if you don't disconnect a device before turning off the bluetooth radio. Another is the dialer bugging up a little; while you can call out just fine, some people are experiencing issues dialing extensions or selecting options when calling a company that uses an automated system. A few people have also had issues with wifi, but those were people who had dirty-flashed nightlies, and a full wipe and reflash fixes the wifi issues.

Overall, the issues don't seem bad... unless you use bluetooth a lot. There have also been issues with random reboots on versions for other carriers, but I haven't seen anything about reboots on the verizon nightlies.

I haven't checked in a while, so some, if not all, of these could have already been fixed.
