Root [Verizon] after root question

Newbie
Hi,
I was wondering if I could keep the original LG G2 launcher the way it is and just delete verizon and amazon apps which eat up my ram. can I just do that? Or do I must install some other ROM?

Thanks

I am new to rooting and sorry for a stupid question

Once you root, you can easily remove/delete applications as you see fit using something like Root Explorer, ES File Manager, or Titanium Backup. No need to install a custom ROM - unless you want to, of course.

Yes you can do this and you can look for a stock de-Bloated rom for the lg g2 which offer you the samething your looking for cause somethings you may think is bloatware and it isn't and somethings we may know to be bloat . So look for a stock debloated rom for the lg g2

Or just feel free to ask us if something is safe to remove :)
