[Verizon] Apex Launcher won't stay as Default

Running Codename Android's newest JB ROM - the stock launcher BLOWS and the rom is terrific - EXCEPT - I have installed Apex Launcher, made it the default in settings, but every few hours, I'm back to stock and have to go into my drawer to relaunch Apex. Pain in the ass and possible curtains for this rom for me...

Any ideas?

You may have tried this but have you gone to the stock launcher in Apps and cleared the Data and Cache?

I've been running CNA + Apex for months and have never had this issue. I only see the popup when Apex or another launcher is updated.

You can set the default launcher in Apex settings under advanced settings.

apex blows. get nova. i have the pro versions of both.

I've had your issue (among others) with apex as well.

I haven't used Nova for some time. The beta version of Apex has all the features of the JB launcher like apps getting out of the way when re-arranging them. Does Nova have that yet?

yes, nova as had a beta JB version out for some time. you can get it off their website.
