[Verizon] App or mod that allows 3rd party apps to use G-Music?

Is there anything available that will let 3rd party apps access my music that I have pinned to my phone from within Google Play Music?

I have to load songs separately in order to use them with things like Zombies Run and my car integration kit player. It would be nice if those other apps could just access the music I saved through the Play Music app.

I don't think so. This is the one reason I can't turn to the cloud service 100%. I prefer to use poweramp to play music, and it's locally stored tunes only. Plus, it can be too unreliable when travelling.
I mostly use it as a backup with lesser-listened to stuff, and keep the most important tunes on the phone.
