Sorry, but no. Samsung is supposedly releasing an update that will allow this, but till that comes round, you can't do this - at least not on the stock ROM. (check custom ROMs to see if they have provided this ability)
That being said, you have one other option - move your folder (Android folder for example where the app data is stored) to your microSD card, and use foldermount to make android think that the folder is still on your internal storage (basically a link)
Please read more about it at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2192122 before you use it. I have NOT used this, but as you can see at the link, there are a LOT of folks using it, and it seems to be working just fine for them.
The free edition will work for up to 3 folders. The paid version will unlock it for all folders.
