Root [Verizon] Battery after root

So I rooted and have synergy 1.7 flashed and I notice battery life is not even close to as good as stock. Watching the battery bar drop reminds me of my galaxy nexus. Is it the Rom or what?

Try the latest nightly. I was having huge batt drain until I got rid of all my weather apps looking for my maps. In BBS my alarms for the maps was through the roof. Once that settled down it's back to the way it was with stock.

no but look at the blue bars...you're phone is awake nearly the whole time...

I have clean Rom 1.3 and the battery life is even better than stock (which I think is crazy good)
