[Verizon] Caller ID stopped working with AOKP 4.2.1

I recently flashed AOKP 4.2.1 Build 2 (of course the day before Build 3 came out) to my Verizon Galaxy Nexus. Everything is working except caller ID. Any suggestions?

Well, the first thing to ask is what it a 'dirty' flash or a 'clean' one? The difference is did you do a data/cache wipe or factory data reset just before flashing the rom and gapps?
