Root [Verizon] Camera!

So, I'm just curious if anyone has tried this camera and if so, what is your experience?

A friend of mine showed it to me the other day and it's pretty cool. It is capable of taking 360* panoramic shots and much more. He, however, it's running CM10 nightlies and I'm not sure but it seems the OP says that it only works on AOSP ROM's. Oh yeah.... here's the link..

Hmmm...if I can I'm not aware! They call it a photo "sphere" or something...:confused:

Thought I might flash it later today or this evening when I've got time.

EDIT: My 'stock ' camera does do panoramic shots but not the 360* 'sphere'....unless I'm missing it somewhere! :)
 
I did flash this camera and it does seem to work well. Only thing I may need to do later is remove whichever camera I decide I don't want. Right now I have two camera icons that look the same so I want to use this new one for a while before deciding.

How would I go about removing one of them? Or, should I just leave both and if possible, assign a different icon to one? Thanks for your input! :)
