Root [Verizon] Can not get to stock

I tried to flash another rom. When doing so somehow I unrooted myself.when trying to load up my saved backup it was also gone!

So I loaded the original zip file back up. It said I was rooted again. ( dont know how) BUt mow my voice search will not work. I get the pulse, then three pulse vibrations to follow and it shuts.

I went in to odin and Even tried flashable to get back to stock. It wont go.

The files I tried using in Odin are:
Home_i535VRALF_2
VRLAG1 Full tar md5
Both return with Tar is invalid.

I have no problem with modems. I can odin or flah no problems.
I do not know any other way to fix this issue other than resetting phone. But now I guess I cant do that either? Any thoughts? ( other than Im an idiot!)

I know that you are not a beginner, but this guide helped me when flashing back to stock. It's step 6 in the guide. I used the link for VRALHD from the guide so the flash would lock the bootloader and clean the sd card at the same time.

Both return with Tar is invalid.

Either both files are corrupt (most likely) or there's something wrong with your Odin install or your security software is interfering. Have you tried the one linked in the sticky (as well as the procedures)?

I would try using the VRALHD ROM xeno linked. (I'm keeping it handy if I need to rebuild.)
