Help VERIZON CLOUD FAILING ?

HAS ANYBODY HAD ISSUES WITH VERIZON CLOUD DROPPING CONTACTS AND DATA ?
HI my name is Chris Griffin from San Jose California. I would Like to WARN PEOPLE THAT VERIZON'S CLOUD SERVICE IS FAILING I have been on the Phone with 10 of their Tech Support People and the CLOUD SERVICE IS DROPPING CONTACTS AND DATA.
TODAY ON THE PHONE I Had VERIZON TELL ME THEY HAD 1370 Contacts SHOWING ON THEIR SYSTEM and Then Activated a New Phone and the Contacts Dropped to 65??? THE TECH SUPPORT LADY SAW IT HAPPEN AND SAID WOW THIS SUCKS. THEY NOW HAVE A ADVANCED TICKET FOR ME AND THEIR NETWORK SUPPORT PEOPLE ARE GOING TO WORK ON THE ISSUE AND ARE GOING TO CALL ME ON MONDAY.

I had trouble with that last year and also two years ago.

I no longer use the "Phone Contact" list nor do I allow the Cloud app to run.
I now only use the "Google Contacts" list

that ended my problems. it also preserves the photos for my contacts, unlike VZW Cloud, it does not.

I changed from a S5 to a Note 4 and as soon as I signed into Google, my Contacts list loaded within a few seconds.
