Sorry man, I don't use that launcher but what I can guess is, can you long press on it and drag it to a trash can?

Nope, it seems to be pretty stuck there. I can see the way they intended it to be used, but I have so few apps I hardly ever use the drawer and would really like to use that spot on the dock. Pretty happy with the launcher otherwise. Funny I don't think CM on my Evo4G was this way, older version though.
Does anything happen when you long press on it?
Are there settings somewhere for the dock, (rosie) icons?

Nope, and apparently not. I've run Nova and ADW and such, seems weird to lock that one like this.
Sorry I cant help you more. I have no dock icons on TSF Shell Launcher. I like the clean home screen look.
