Tried every trick I know to delete Verizon's signature line in the s4's email app. There doesn't seem to be a delete or add your own signature setting anywhere? Weird. It was gone on my s3 immediately. Sigh.
Go into Settings in the email app, tap on your account name, and you can turn the signature off in there. You can also tap on the text and customize it.
