Verizon double data ends 6/5, Galaxy S3 preorder 6/6

I am with Sprint right now and my contract is over. I have been waiting for the S3. Is there any way to get the double data promotion and the S3? It appears the double data is set to end on 6/5.

I don't see a good way, since it's looking like a 2 week pre-order period, the 14 day grace period would expire prior to the GS3 being released. So buying another phone and exchanging isn't going to work.
 
Talk to a sales rep or a manager, if you can. If they're interested in your business, they'll work something out. If they're not interested, Sprint is getting the GS3, as well.

These sort of things mysteriously manage to get last minute extensions to cover a new device, though. Also call their customer service line. I'd think that VZW would note how many people call in about this promotion.
 
Buy a cheap unlocked 4G phone activate it w/ VZW and then get the S3 when it comes out and switch the cheap phone with the S3. ;)

Does anyone know how this works with Amazon? If you return a phone within the 30 day window and purchase another phone would you get the subsidized price?
