[Verizon] Download ROM files from phone online, not to computer to then install....

OK, this may sound like a dumb question, but I am a newbie at this. If I download a ROM directly on my phone, can it be flashed directly or do I have to download to computer and then transfer to the phone to flash?

This of course is without going through ROM manager, which I have not tried.

Just trying to simplify life by cutting one step if possible!!

you can do this. But use this handy tool here developed by AF's own Scary Alien to verify the MD5 of the download before you flash.

as far as procedure "this method" does not differ per rom. If you're asking if i can recommend a JB rom. Not really. I have only used one really and it's the stock leak i'm on now and I personally think it has issues.

I always download and save ROMs onto my phone directly. Screw extra steps!
