Root [Verizon] Email: No subfolders

I am running CM10. I am connected to my company's Exchange server and can only access my Inbox. I have several subfolders, but cannot see/access any of them from the mail app on my phone.

Any ideas? Is it the ROM?

Sorry BadTA, but I know nothing of Exchange email and how that works.
Could you try a different rom? I'm shooting in the dark here
Or does it have something to do with your companies exchange server?

I have the same problem on my replacement S3. I was able to access my subfolders on my first S3 but I had a tech person at the office set up the Exchange email. I think there's a setting on the server...

Still no luck. I have tried a couple of different ROMs. I am beginning to think it may be carrier related. My co-worker is on T-Mobile (I am Verizon) and he sees his subfolders.

This is so annoying.
