Was trying to learn how to flash a factory image from google but keep getting that error in the command prompt every time. I put the factory image in the C:\Program Files (x86)\SDK Manager\sdk\platform-tools where the adb is and put phone into bootloader mode and run the flash-all.bat batch file but no dice.
 
never mind got it working this is what i did

  1. Righ-click on My Computer and select Properties.
  2. Choose Advanced, and click on the Environment Variables button.
  3. Navigate to System Variables and double click on Path to edit.
  4. Enter the full path to your tools folder.
 
Good job. Sorry no one came in with a reply sooner, it seems as though even though this is still a gr8 device, most have moved on.
