Verizon finally giving up

jd99

Newbie
Well after 3 factory resets (real PITA) verizon has come to the solution that my phone has problems , it would randomally reboot at least 10 times or more a day. So now they are sending me another phone.

Sorry to hear that. New one should fix you right up.
I have gotten the rare reboot perhaps twice, otherwise, mine has been been treating me right.... like it should.

ive had one restart in the slightly over a month ive had my phone. and thats because i was doing ALOT at the same time. deleting apps as others were installing and such.

i love mine.

Get the replacement phone from Verizon, and install the battery and power it up, instead of starting in activation mode it goes to the desktop, and (get this) it has someones contacts information and numbers.....

They forgot to wipe it clean before they sent it to me, I don't think they even checked it out, because the power socket is pushed in it's hard to get it to start charging, and it doesn't work on the docking station.

Got another one comming tomorrow. Jeeze!!! :(

I've heard that sometimes a phone will ship with ClockWork Mod still installed, but never have I heard about VZW sending an un-wiped phone. So much for their 100 point inspection. What a sham.
