Root [Verizon] Flashing recovery

Hey everyone - New here,& new owner of a verizon Galaxy s 3. Great community here !! Anyway, in 1 week of ownership of this device, I already have it rooted & modded somewhat. I love the device & even the Verizon aspects are pretty good. My question is, I`ve been attempting to install custom recovery(cwm), without success unfortunately. Using Odin 3.07, & clockwork-touch 6.0.1.0. What happens is, it will display "added" (in download mode of course), will begin the process & then say "reset" in the top left box & the device reboots. After several attempts, it will not go past that point. So, I guess, This is where I must accept defeat & ask 1 or more of you experienced individuals wkat I`m doing wrong . . . ? Thanks in advance !

Download ez unlock and ez recovery from the Playstore. Run ez unlock to make sure your bootloader's unlocked. Next run ez recovery and flash TWRP.

Done. Dam . . . that was super easy. Downloaded it right onto the device, Flashed it & did a recovery, now I can pick a rom or 2 to play with (any recommendations ?). Thanks for your help !! What a great community here.

Btw . . . the twrp flashed no problem. I booted into it & backed up my system. I booted into recovery again, & it was the original factory recovery console. If I flash the ez-recovery again, it will be there. Is this normal ? That you must flash it each time you intend to use it ? & if so, I assume that I will have to install the app on each custom rom I use in order to utilize it . . . correct - ?

I like Liquid-JB-v2-RC8-d2vzw (sorry I don't have the link but maybe I can come up with it.) It is really smooth and I seriously have no issues, it is really stable for me! Good luck...:)

EDIT: HERE is a link

Once you flash TWRP, it should always be there unless you flash something else. Personally, if i was to pick two roms it would be Synergy for touchwizz or liquidsmooth rc5 for aosp. Sorry if this is full of bad grammar, I'm drunk.

So . . . tried again & still boots recovery into factory recovery unless I flash twrp from the app in the phone just before. How can I get it to boot into twrp permanently - ?

Figured it out. In attempting to boot into twrp recovery, it would only boot into twrp if I flashed it from the app on the device right before rebooting into recovery. So, I flashed it with cwm 6.0.1.0 & booted into that recovery, where I found an option that said, "Rom may load original recovery on reboot . . . fix ?" Warning - this cannot be un-done ! So, of course I clicked yes. Rebooted into system (factory rom, for now) & reflashed twrp fron the app on the device, & bingo. Now it will boot into twrp recovery every time. Thanks everyone for your help !
