Root [Verizon] Flashing TouchWiz ROMs with safestrap

I am rooted on 4.3 on Galaxy S3 with saferoot. Coming from my thread on XDA Developers, we could flash TouchWiz ROMs using safestrap. Has anyone does this? Could someone please guide me through the process step by step? Or if not than could someone either please provide a tutorial and/or a YouTube video? My choice would be CleanROM, and, yes, its a TouchWiz ROM.
 
Nahhh you cannot remove that Knox its a lock for security your stuck unless a update is made to take it away
