Help Verizon Galaxy S4 Android 5.0.1 'Lollipop' "Update Failed"

So I have a Samsung Galaxy S4, service provided by Verizon. I just yesterday got the second half of the 5.0.1 Update (the one that ACTUALLY updates your system to 5.0.1, instead of just preparing for it), however the update continually fails. It downloads fine, verifies fine, but when I go to install it my phone boots in Recovery Mode, and everything goes downhill from there. The progress bar starts at about 30% complete, jumps to 0%, progresses normally to about 25%, then reboots a again time and tells me the update failed.

I have tried:
Clearing the cache for Download Manager
Clearing ALL data for Download Manager
Reformatting the cache partition with the Home/Volume Up/Power Button Recovery boot menu
Downloading the update from Verizon's 4G Network
Downloading the update from my home WiFi network

My phone is not Rooted, but I do use a non-stock Launcher (in this case, Nova Launcher). I have over 5GB free on internal storage, so it's not like it's running out of room or something. I cannot find any up-to-date solutions for this online, everything I have found is either for the S5 or for older versions of Android. This is the first time I have experienced this issue with this phone. Does anyone know any other way to fix this? I'd really prefer not to have to do a Factory Data Reset...

(Also does 5.0.1 have the FLAC audio playback issue fixed?)

Managed to get it updated by using the Samsung Kies desktop application. Fixed the FLAC playback problem, too. Any way to get my lock screen app quick-launch back though?
