Help verizon galaxy s5

I have a galaxy s5 SM-G900V it's provider is verizon, I have a T-mobile prepaid Sims card through Metro PCS in it. My network is slow I have trouble sending and receiving text messages. I need the correct APN information were can I find it? And how can I get my hotspot to work?

Most carrier branded phones lock down the hotspot function of their phones and usually have to be provisioned by the service provider.
You can try Foxfi from the play store. Most with Verizon branded devices say it works.
