Droid Life is reporting that an anonymous source says verizon will get Jelly Bean next Friday, 12/14/12. Take it for what it's worth.

Still waiting for the GSM radio unlock software update that Verizon promised when the phone was released. its been out for 5 months now and still no GSM unlock.

On a related note, the same anonymous tipster that said 11/16 could be the day that Verizon starts to roll this out, hit us up again this week to say that 12/14 is now the day and that the final build has been signed off.

thing is...its tough to say...a lot of things can happen in the approval process...maybe a build got some sort of initial approval and then was held up at the last minute...who knows?...

this is now the fourth leak of a VZW build...its getting close...K3 could even be the official OTA...

I have ICS on my Excite 7.7 and JB on the TF300. Both have same chipset, but the Excite is faster. Ditto for the GS3 as being zippy. Not feeling the need for JB fever. It appears there is now a diminished return for all the step updates. The updates now seem more agenda driven than functional as a result.
