Root [Verizon] Getting Back to Stock

psycoking

Newbie
Right now on my phone is a rooted, deKNOXed TW 4.3 (from here), CWM recovery, an older, unlocked bootloader ("MF1" version), and the ML1 modem firmware. I plan on trading in my phone this weekend, and would like to get it back to stock before doing so. If I flash a stock rom using Odin will that get the recovery and bootloader back to stock as well?

My plan is to flash a stock 4.3, and then just do any necessary OTA's from there, but one of the guides I read said I should not flash a stock 4.3 rom unless I already have the 4.3 bootloader (which I do not). Though I'm not sure if this was just a warning for those who still want to be able to unlock their bootloaders later. Can I just take my phone and flash straight to 4.3? Or should I flash an older stock rom first and upgrade from there?
