Root [Verizon] Help going back to stock?

Not sure what is up, but my phone charges extremely slowly now. I'm going to take it in and test my luck with a replacement.

Currently I am rooted, not sure exactly which room I'm on. It appears to be stock rooted.

If I boot into recovery I see a blue screen with "Teamwin"

I'd like to be able to wipe EVERYTHING and just have standard recovery etc. Maybe I missed the thread for this but advice is appreciated.

I've had great luck with Clean Master and lagfix. (Clean junk files with clean master, then run lagfix.)

I even install it on 4.3 roms now and run it after restoring a rom or deleting a lot of files. If it takes awhile to run, you needed it.
