[Verizon] [How To] Get Google movies working on AOKP

[quote name='xoomdev' timestamp='1351170317' post='1001712']OK. Try this. delete or rename these files:

system/vendor/lib/libwvdrm_L1.so
system/vendor/lib/libwvm.so
system/vendor/lib/libWVStreamControlAPI_L1.so
system/vendor/lib/drm/libdrmwvmplugin.so

Then remove this line from build.prop:
drm.service.enabled=true

Reboot

Should then work for you. :) Let me know what movie you watch.

BTW. This will break hulu plus however. But if you are like me I don't use huluplus and use Google movies and TV. Plus you can easily go back and forth if you rename. (which is also why we can't decide which way to go on this.)

From xoomdev over at rootzwiki. I can confirm this works.

While I am grateful for this workaround, on Jelly Belly, I can watch Hulu and Play Movies & TV. So there has to be a fix that doesn't break Hulu. Thanks again:D This is a start.

Edit: derp

It has to do with DRM. How does the GSM GNex handle DRM differently than Verizon?
