Root [Verizon] how to hotspot hack

i have looked around and searched. i havent found a guide to hack my rooted phone into hotspot mode.
i saw something using Sqeditor but there was no line 68 "entitlement" it was missing from my system.
can someone point me in the right direction

There is no "entitlement" section on the S4. In SQEditor Lite search for 'notification_panel__active_app_list' (on my phone it is id 7343). Edit the id by adding 'WiFiHotspot;'. Be sure to use the capital letters as shown and add the semi-colon ( at the end. Save file and reboot phone. You should now be able to access the hotspot mode.

My plan is unlimited and sometimes it's just easy to hotspot than tether.
Second. . That didn't work. It does give me just wifi if I add wifi, though.
I can use an app but I would prefer turn on my hotspot.
Would be a good guide to add to this forum too
