Root [Verizon] Input on Custom Roms

Hey Everyone a dilema on custom roms. I love flashing custom roms. Lately I always catch myself flashing a new one pretty much everyday. I cant seem to get myself to be happy with a custom rom mainly because I have fear it will ruin such a beautiful device (LG G2). I guess I need just reassurances that leaving a custom rom on a phone wont hurt it. I found liquidsmooth and loved it. I just like i said always catch myself putting stock back on. I love asop based. Its my favorite. Input would be appreciative.:confused:
 
Maybe I should rephrase it alittle better. What I wanna know are some other wellmade and good custom roms. After being a CM user for years I wanted something different and I found liquidsmooth.
 
having tried quite a few I found Malladus was my fav on JB..... when it went KK I made the leap..... pretty solid ROM

having said that..... I didnt care much for KK for a variety of reasons...... and found KK has nothing to offer that JB doesnt at least for me..... so I switched back to JB and currently using stock ROM with a lot of tweaks
 
I made the switch to liquid smooth see how this goes again
 
Liquidsmooth is a solid ROM believe me I love it but it seems updates are lacking. I am back at cm11 for the time being.
