[Verizon] Install AOKP mods to stock JB?

You know you want to.
I was wondering if there is a way to install some of the current mods from AOKP onto a stock JB rooted device. If so, please link me to the thread. Thanks in advance.
Also, I was reading in Titanium Backup, and it said there was a way to now backup all of your data of your apps without root now, using adb, so I was wondering if someone could help me out with that as well. Thanks again.

Okay, cool.

So I am on Jelly Belly...which is a stockish ROM. It has features like group MMS and some other tweaks. It does not have toggles. So I use Power Toggles from Google Play. The only toggle IG doesn't have is 4G LTE.

As for the extra nav buttons, ask willjay for what you need. He lives on the RootzWiki forum. He will hook you up, for sure. Just ask nicely. :D

I'd try a different build or a different ROM. CNA seems to be a favorite around here, and was rocking a stable build with mods before AOKP.
Xenon was pretty solid too. I haven't tried either in awhile, but most major ROMs pull from each other. They keep it open source.
