Yes, and iirc there are some already running a "secret" build of it at this very moment. Someone on the team (franco I think) mentioned it the other day

I suspect that the Liquid JB Rom will be based on the Vicious JB Rom since Paullie has joined Team Liquid.

Liquid Smooth JB ROM was release yesterday. It is a public alpha, reported to be very stable.
