Root [Verizon] Kernal for stock rom

Can't say I've used any other kernel than LeanKernel but you can find the link in my signature, and also here is a link to the voltage tables for LK.

You can use System Tuner to adjust voltages. I think you can use SetCPU also.
There may be other kernels some folks use, but LK is the one I use.
