This is what I've been getting over night if I accidentally leave the WiFi on overnight after a full charge.

Well that's a little steep.
I'm on CleanROM (yes, it's been orphaned but it's still a good ROM), I never turn off radios or go to airplane mode to just save a little battery, and leave bluetooth, wifi and GPS on at all times (GPS of course doesn't use battery unless actively in use). My phone loses just under 1% per hour when not in use.

I came from cleanrom to liquid smooth now I left LiquidSmooth and am running Hyper<<best one I have ran yet. Im going to turn GPS/WIFI/BLUETOOTH on next time I have a full charge see how the battery does.

I am using LiquidSmooth on my S4 and experiencing exceptional battery performance, with barely any overnight battery loss. Try upgrading to 2.9.
