Root [Verizon] Need some help

Guy at worked tryed all day and failed he said. I'm gonna try over the weekend on my Mac if that's possible. Or go find a friend with a pc
 
Yeah. I presume the pcs you tried all have something in common. Security software, registry settings if they're all work computers
