I pay it and it is totally worth it. Especially since they expanded coverage to include CBS and Fox games this year. Yes you can drop in the middle of the season without penalty.

Totally worth it. Just make sure if you use your mobile data package you have unlimited. This eats up data like crazy.

You could even go so far as to sign up the day before the game you want to watch, then cancel the day after and have it prorated for just those 2-3 days.
