[Verizon] No T9 Dialer in Jelly Bean?

Hey all, I downloaded Vicious' v1 Jelly Bean ROM this morning and am truly loving it. It does indeed feel buttery smooth and the upgraded notifications are phenomenal. I noticed right away though that there doesn't seem to be T9 dialing functionality built in. You used to be able to go into the call settings and enable it, but no such option exists. Am I missing something? This feature (which is an awesome feature by the way) was standard in ICS...
 
this is the first i've heard of this. I haven't tried the JB stuff yet. I'm still holding out. Maybe someone else can chime in that has used it.
 
T9 dialing was never stock in ICS, its never been in any stock dialer in fact. Every custom rom there was added it though ( i believe it was one of the first things CM9 did, even before they had a working alpha). For now theres no JB T9 stock mod, but it wont be long.
